Overall experience: Success
This was one of the first recipes I found from a fellow pinner. As an huge fan of any baked good, my mouth watered at the thought of baking my own bread.. However, my bread making was limited to assisting my Dad make bread each year at Christmas (and by assisting, I mean washing dirty bowls and wiping down the counter). Once I looked over the recipe, it sounded simple and something that I could accomplish.
The original source of the recipe was found on this blog http://www.underthehighchair.com/2009/04/diy-pita-bread.html which included several lovely pictures. In case you're too lazy to click on the link and see the pictures for yourself, I'll just include them in a post. After all, I'm not currently in school or employed, so I've got loads of time to kill.
Isn't it divinity?
*Squeals*
What can I say? I just really love bread. Don't judge.
Anyway, back to the main purpose of the post... I tried it out one fateful night when I had nothing to do and was seriously craving carbs.
And, *drumroll* it turned out great!
Here is the evidence to prove it.

It was puffy, yummy, goodness. I could have eaten all of em.
But, I can have my fat kid moments so I guess that doesn't say much.
Thanks for reading!
